The Union I-40 Wet Cleaning Machine is designed for hydrocardbon or liquid silicon (Green Earth) solvents. It does not exhaust solvent in to the atmosphere. It has two independent and separate self cleaning solvent tanks, with inspection sight glasses for solvent level control. It is also equipped with dual stainless steeel lint filters with large surface area in order to gurantee good air flow and life of service. IDEAL has an advanced microprocessor control system (DIALOG) for automatic cycles (20 programs) and also features an manual override.
